2. Scheduling & Payments

• Service begins only after confirmation and receipt of payment (or deposit, if applicable).
• Quotes are provided transparently and may vary based on property size, system complexity, and materials required.
• We accept payments via credit/debit card, Zelle, PayPal, or other approved methods.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee to cover technician preparation.
• In the event of weather-related delays, we will promptly reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Warranty & Service Guarantee

• We stand behind our work. Most installations and repairs include a limited warranty, which will be clearly stated in your service agreement.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or extreme weather events.
• If you experience issues after service, contact us within 7 days for a complimentary follow-up evaluation.

• All educational materials, guides, and content on our website are the property of Montoya Irrigation and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
